That shawl is made from a silk/mohair blend of yarn that you gave me. It was originally bought at Lee Wards a million years ago (probably about 1990). As I recall, I bought 2 skeins of a champagne color - all I could afford - and you bought all the rest of the skeins of every color they had. Later, when you couldn't knit anymore, you gave them all to me. One of the things I made with them was this shawl. I won a blue ribbon at the NW Montana Fair with it, then donated it for a raffle at the Mental Health Center. Someone's mother won it - she lives in Butte.
